Dabbs Concludes Winter Heat Series with Three Top-Five Finishes

After a strong showing in the previous five races of the Winter Heat Series at Charlotte Motor Speedway (NC) on the road course, Zachary Dabbs headed back to the track on February 11th and 12th to race in the final three Bandolero Bandits races. Finishing second, third and fifth, Dabbs ended up fourth in the championship standings.

Rain Ruins Saturday's Race Day at CMS

The sixth round of the Winter Heat Series at Charlotte Motor Speedway (NC) was supposed to take place on Saturday, February 4th. However, rain moved in, forcing all Bandolero events to be postponed until the following weekend. Zachary Dabbs will now race in three events in two days at CMS on February 11th and 12th.

About Zachary Dabbs

[2011 Bio] Zachary Dabbs races the #23 Bandolero in the Beginner Bandits division at tracks in the Carolinas, including Concord Speedway and Charlotte Motor Speedway.

During the August, 2011, Legends Big Money 100 event at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Dabbs drove his Bandolero in a two-day event at the track, finishing first and second in the features, declaring him the two-day champion in the Beginner Bandits class.

After earning numerous wins in the Bandolero Beginner Bandits division in 2011, Dabbs has been moved to the more experiened Bandits division for the 2012 season.
